Entry-Level Accountant



We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join our growing team in Atlanta. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with financial record keeping, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate and timely accounting information. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting activities such as data entry, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and reports on a monthly basis
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Assist with year-end audit processes
- Handle any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the senior accountant or manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role is a plus
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite (especially Excel)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with accounting software is preferred

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position, however part-time candidates may also be considered.
