The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of our company in Atlanta, USA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. They must also possess excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Develop budgets and forecasts for the company
- Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Conduct internal audits to identify potential financial risks or discrepancies
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of GAAP principles
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills
