Indian Sales Manager in Eldoret
We are looking for a skilled Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase company revenue. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and finance to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the Indian market
- Familiarity with sales techniques, market analysis, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Willingness to travel within Eldoret or other parts of Kenya when necessary
