Job Title: Executive Chef for Contract Job in Muharraq, Bahrain (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain on a contract basis. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.

Requirements:
- Must hold a biometric passport
- Indian nationals preferred
- Salary: 1700$ (tax-free)
- Contract job without accommodation
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef is not required but highly desirable

Responsibilities:
- Create and develop innovative menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard
- Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certification is preferred but not required
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen equipment operation
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
