We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the cafe and take their orders
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and other specialty drinks
- Ensure that all drinks are prepared to company standards in terms of taste, appearance, and temperature
- Make suggestions to customers based on their preferences and dietary restrictions
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cafe at all times
- Stock inventory levels of supplies such as cups, lids, syrups, etc.
- Follow health codes and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Build rapport with customers by providing friendly and efficient service

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training from a barista school or certification is preferred
- Previous experience working as a barista or in a customer service role is an asset
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art, and flavor combinations is desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays is required

Salary:
$1500 per month plus tips.

This position is open for all nationalities with valid work authorization. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
