Industrial Architect for Manufacturing Company in Triesen, Egypt


We are searching for an experienced Industrial Architect to join our manufacturing company in Triesen, Egypt. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning the layout of our manufacturing facilities to optimize production processes and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop conceptual designs and plans for new or existing manufacturing facilities
- Conduct site visits and analyze existing structures to determine feasibility of renovations or expansions
- Create detailed blueprints, drawings, and specifications using CAD software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Work closely with contractors during construction phase to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Develop cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor needed for construction projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and building codes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to travel as needed
