We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at a luxury restaurant in the beautiful city of Faro, Portugal. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create innovative menus that reflect current food trends and seasonal ingredients
- Oversee the training and development of kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Portuguese is a plus)
- Must have valid work authorization for Portugal

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, along with opportunities for growth within our company.
