Barista - English Speaking (No Experience Required) for Cafe in Al-Kuwait


We are a popular cafe in Al-Kuwait seeking a Nepali barista to join our team. As an English speaking barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and more. No previous experience is required for this position, as we are willing to provide training to the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations if needed
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to our menu
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Nepali nationality preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee beverages is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
