Job Title: Construction Project Manager


We are currently hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects in Akron, Ohio. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all phases of the construction process to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and budget management.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the client and management team.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for the project.
- Manage site operations to ensure safety regulations are followed and quality standards are maintained.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any potential issues or delays.
- Address any problems or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained before starting construction activities.
- Prepare progress reports for clients and management team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management.
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: $1600/month with potential for bonuses based on performance.

Location: Akron, Ohio. Accommodation can be provided for foreign candidates if needed.
