Entry-Level Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Construction Manager to join our growing team in Akron. As an Entry-Level Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position that does not require English proficiency or prior experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the construction project
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to senior management
- Manage project budget and ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
- Identify potential issues or delays and develop solutions to keep projects on track
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation including contracts, change orders, and permits

Requirements:
- Biometric passport (for foreigners)
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in construction management preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills (no English proficiency required)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this entry-level position.
