Junior Surveyor - Mombasa, Kenya


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Surveyor to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Junior Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with land surveys and mapping projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in the surveying field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with conducting land surveys and mapping using various tools and equipment
- Collect data and measurements on site
- Prepare accurate drawings and maps based on survey data
- Collaborate with senior surveyors to ensure accuracy of work
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and equipment
- Proficient in using computer programs such as AutoCAD or GIS software
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a junior surveyor or internship in the field of surveying
- Familiarity with Kenyan land laws and regulations

Salary: $1300/month (with accommodation provided)
