Body Repair Master for Auto Repair Shop in Eldoret, Kenya



Our busy auto repair shop in Eldoret is seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. As the preferred candidate for this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition. Your expertise in auto body repair techniques and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine necessary repairs
- Perform body repair work including removing dents, filling holes, and replacing damaged panels
- Prep vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming
- Apply paint and finish coats to restore vehicle's appearance
- Ensure all repairs are completed within allotted time frame and meet industry standards
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide detailed explanations of repair work done

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a body repair master in an auto repair shop setting
- Proficient in using various body repair tools such as welding equipment, dent pullers, etc.
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good communication skills

Salary: $1700 USD/month

This position is open to all nationalities, however preference will be given to Filipino candidates. English language proficiency is not required but is considered an asset.
