Cashier - Retail Store in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


We are currently hiring a skilled Cashier to join our retail store in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling all transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in cashiering and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and assist them with their purchases
- Process all transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales in order to effectively upsell products
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, and exchanges
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the store

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Strong math skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Familiarity with basic computer functions and experience using electronic cash registers
- Fluent communication skills in English (knowledge of Tagalog or Nepali is a plus)
- Valid biometric passport is required for non-Kuwaiti nationals

Salary:
$1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Additional Information:
