We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to help inform business decisions. You will be responsible for creating reports, identifying trends and patterns, and presenting your findings to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month, with the option for part-time work available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and organizing large sets of data from various sources
- Analyzing data using statistical methods and software
- Identifying trends and patterns in the data to provide insights
- Creating reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborating with team members from different departments to understand their data needs
- Continuously monitoring data quality and making improvements when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner
