Junior Office Administrator
The Junior Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff in our Los Angeles location. This individual will assist with various tasks, including answering phone calls, organizing documents, and scheduling appointments. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to gain experience in an office setting and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct department
- Managing and organizing documents, both physical and digital
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Performing general administrative duties such as filing, copying, and data entry
- Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary
- Assisting with special projects or tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Salary: $1500 per month (contract job)
Location: Los Angeles, California (no accommodation provided)
