Office Manager
Our company is seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Shan, India. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office management and be able to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and attention to detail. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month, suitable for men who are looking for an opportunity to work in India. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the office including scheduling, coordinating appointments, and maintaining office supplies
- Act as the point of contact between employees and management
- Support HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
- Maintain records and organize files both physically and electronically
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office management or related field
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in Shan or are willing to relocate at their own expense.
