We are currently seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our construction team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to assist with various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to project requirements
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks
- Keep track of equipment usage and report any issues or concerns immediately

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Valid certification or license for operating heavy machinery
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Fluency in Russian is preferred but not required
