We are seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Ar-Ruwais. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful and delicious pastries, as well as strong leadership skills to manage a team of pastry chefs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of flavor profiles and baking techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute new pastry menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Manage inventory and ordering of all pastry ingredients
- Train, supervise, and schedule pastry team members
- Ensure quality control for all pastries leaving the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Collaborate with other chefs to create harmonious menu offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and flavor profiles
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month.
