Industrial Architect

Our architecture firm in Dickirch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative, functional, and cost-effective designs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial architecture, excellent technical skills, and the ability to effectively lead a team.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and requirements for industrial building projects.
- Develop design concepts and plans for industrial buildings, including layouts, materials, and construction methods.
- Create detailed drawings using CAD software.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in industrial architecture.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial architecture.
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in CAD software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to lead projects from concept through completion.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant laws.
- Attention to detail with a strong understanding of construction processes.

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Dickirch (accommodation not provided)
