Industrial Architect - Design and Planning Specialist

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures in the city of Dickirch. Your main role will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the specific needs of our clients in the manufacturing, logistics, and production industries. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop innovative solutions that optimize space utilization, workflow, and safety.

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather information for design proposals
- Develop conceptual designs and layouts for new industrial buildings or renovations
- Create detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards
- Monitor project progress and provide technical support during construction phase
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and building codes/regulations in Dickirch
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and team members effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who have valid work visas or are eligible for visa sponsorship.
