Dishwasher in Los Angeles

As a Dishwasher in Los Angeles, your main responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dishes in our restaurant. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwasher
- Ensure that all dishes are washed thoroughly and dried properly before storing
- Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized at all times
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Empty and clean garbage cans regularly
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors
- Maintain a sanitary work environment by following proper cleaning procedures
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes for food preparation
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Spanish is a plus)
- Previous experience working as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays if needed
