English Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and experienced English Teacher to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English to students of various ages and proficiency levels. This includes planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback.

Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and meet the needs of individual students
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to engage students and promote active learning
- Assess student progress through exams, quizzes, and other assignments
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their strengths and areas for improvement
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about student progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Stay up-to-date with new teaching methods and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different learning styles
- Familiarity with the Kenyan education system is preferred
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds is desired
