English Language Teacher

We are a reputable educational institution in Eldoret, Kenya seeking an experienced and qualified English Language Teacher to join our team. As an English Language Teacher, you will be responsible for creating lesson plans, delivering engaging and interactive lessons, and evaluating students' language skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and curriculum for English language classes
- Deliver interactive and engaging lessons to students of varying levels and ages
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance students' learning experience
- Assess students' language skills through tests, assignments, and other evaluations
- Provide feedback and guidance to students on their progress
- Communicate with parents or guardians as needed regarding students' performance
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in English language
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for teaching and working with diverse student populations

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this position.
