Team Lead - Multan



As a Team Lead in Multan, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects and tasks. You will have experience in your field and a strong passion for mentoring and motivating others.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of professionals, including assigning tasks, setting goals, and providing feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to develop project plans and timelines
- Monitor progress of projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Provide training and mentorship to team members as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Represent the team in meetings with clients or senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana or Trello is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1100$ per month. In addition, there may be opportunities for bonuses based on performance.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Multan. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Pakistan.
