Part-Time Biometric Passport Team Lead in Multan


We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Biometric Passport Team Lead in Multan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the biometric passport process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and supervising a team of passport officers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the biometric passport process, including data collection, verification, and issuance.
- Ensure all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
- Train and supervise a team of passport officers to ensure high-quality work.
- Maintain records of all passports issued and keep track of any discrepancies or issues.
- Communicate with government officials and other relevant parties to obtain necessary documents and information.
- Provide excellent customer service to applicants, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies needed for the biometric passport process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a government or immigration setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Proficient in using technology for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The salary for this role is 1000$ per month.
