We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Accountant to join our team in Funchal. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work part-time and has previous accounting experience. As a Part-Time Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Maintain accurate records of all financial activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Provide support during audits or tax filings

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an accountant or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of accuracy and efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
