Position: Junior Architectural Technologist
Location: Faro, Portugal
Salary: 1300$ per month

We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Faro. As a rapidly growing architectural firm, we specialize in designing sustainable and innovative buildings for our clients. This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architectural technologists with drafting and detailing building plans using CAD software
- Conduct site visits and document existing conditions to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop design solutions
- Conduct research on building materials and construction techniques to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Prepare permit applications and assist with obtaining necessary approvals from local authorities
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
