Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and construction of buildings and structures. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop design solutions that meet project requirements
- Prepare detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements, assess existing conditions, and monitor construction progress
- Collaborate with team members to produce accurate and high-quality drawings within tight deadlines
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders to clarify project objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist in a professional setting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software is essential
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional registration as an Architectural Technologist or equivalent certification
- Experience working on commercial or industrial projects is preferred
- Proficiency in Revit or other BIM software is considered an asset

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month based on experience. In addition, we offer benefits such as health insurance and professional development opportunities.

Our company is located in Faro, Portugal – a beautiful coastal city known for its rich history, stunning beaches, and vibrant culture. This position requires candidates to be based in Faro or willing to relocate.
