Part-Time Restaurant Manager
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team at our restaurant in Almada. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staff management, scheduling, inventory control, and budget management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any customer concerns or complaints.
- Train and develop staff to maintain a high level of service and uphold company policies.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items, maintain inventory levels, and manage food costs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month.
