Restaurant Manager
We are in need of an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Almada. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong understanding of customer service. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including staff management, budgeting, inventory control, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and bartenders
- Create schedules and assign duties to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Set targets for staff performance and provide ongoing feedback
- Collaborate with the chef to create new menu items
- Create budgets and track expenses to achieve financial goals
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of increasing sales and maintaining profitability
Salary: 1800$ per month
