Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver
City: Lom, Canada


The Long Haul Truck Driver will be responsible for driving commercial vehicles to transport goods across long distances. The ideal candidate will have a valid commercial driver's license and a clean driving record. They must also have excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Transport goods safely and efficiently to their designated locations
- Plan routes and adhere to delivery schedules
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any issues or malfunctions
- Ensure all delivery documents are accurate and complete
- Communicate with dispatch and other drivers using two-way radios or other forms of communication
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and perform minor maintenance on the vehicle as needed

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past five years
- At least 2 years of experience as a truck driver
- Ability to drive long distances for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy cargo
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends

Salary:
$1000 per week, plus bonuses based on performance.
