Handyman - Al-Malikiyah, Syria

Our company is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work without accommodation. This is an urgent job, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This may include fixing plumbing issues, repairing electrical systems, painting walls, and troubleshooting any other issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or in a related field
- Excellent knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Ability to work independently without accommodation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and regulations

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and repairing fixtures
- Repair or replace plumbing fixtures such as toilets, sinks, and pipes
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including outlets, switches, and wiring
- Paint walls and perform minor carpentry work as needed
- Keep track of necessary supplies and inform management when replenishment is needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
