Junior Florist - Contract Position


We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Florist to join our team in Eldoret. As a Junior Florist, you will assist in creating beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$, ideal for individuals looking for English speaking jobs without experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and creating floral arrangements according to customer preferences
- Prepare and maintain flowers by cutting, trimming, and arranging them appropriately
- Ensure all orders are completed accurately and within the given timeframe
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Passion for floristry with basic knowledge of flower types, colors, and care techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
- Must be willing to work on weekends or holidays if needed
