Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Faro. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available for non-EU candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed hotel revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales tactics
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new partnerships to increase hotel bookings
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Create and deliver presentations to potential clients highlighting the benefits of our hotel
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
- Proven experience in sales management within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and customer data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends when required
