Sales Manager for International Sales - Beer-Sheva, Israel
Our growing company in Beer-Sheva is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our international sales team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing support and guidance
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance
- Identify potential clients and develop relationships with them
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to achieve company goals
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales management role in an international setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a results-driven mindset
- Understanding of market trends and competitor activities in the industry
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
Salary: 1500$
Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel (Accommodation provided)
