As a Formworker, you will play an essential role in the construction industry by preparing and setting up concrete forms for various structures. Your attention to detail and ability to work with precision will be crucial in ensuring the quality and stability of the finished product.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine form dimensions and layout.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, metal, or other materials to create formwork components.
- Set up forms according to specifications, ensuring proper alignment and levelness.
- Install reinforcing materials such as rebar or wire mesh within the forms.
- Pour concrete into the forms and use tools such as trowels or vibrators to eliminate air pockets and smooth out surfaces.
- Remove forms once concrete has cured and clean up work area.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Formworker.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on safety.
- Team player with good communication skills.
