Formworker Supervisor

As a Formworker Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the work of formworkers on construction sites in Funchal. Your main responsibilities will include supervising and directing the formwork team, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and managing materials and resources. You will also be responsible for conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a formworker, with demonstrated leadership skills. You must also have a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints. A keen eye for detail and good problem-solving skills are essential.

This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and stamina. You must be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Good communication skills are also important as you will be required to liaise with other team members, contractors, and project managers.

As this role involves working on construction sites, you must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. A strong commitment to safety is crucial, as well as the ability to identify potential hazards and take necessary precautions.
