Experienced Formworker

We are currently hiring for an Experienced Formworker to join our team in Funchal. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling concrete structures for various construction projects. This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided, so we are looking for candidates who are already based in Funchal or willing to relocate at their own expense.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine project specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Cut, shape, and join materials according to project specifications
- Assemble and install formwork for concrete structures such as foundations, walls, columns, and beams
- Pour, level, and smooth concrete using appropriate tools and techniques
- Install rebar or wire mesh as needed
- Ensure work is in compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Formworker
- Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Valid work permit or willingness to obtain one
