Computer Systems Analyst

We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Dickirch. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing efficient computer systems and processes to meet our company's technological needs. You will work closely with various departments to identify business requirements and provide technical solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing computer systems and processes
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements
- Design, develop, and implement new computer systems and processes
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Train employees on how to use new or updated systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure our company remains competitive

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, networks, and databases
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals

Preferred:
- Experience working in the Indian market or with Indian clients
- Part-time availability for project-based work
- Familiarity with visa sponsorship processes

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Dickirch, Luxembourg (remote work options available)
