Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel in Balzers. You will work closely with the hotel management team to identify potential business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients. Your main goal will be to drive sales and exceed revenue targets through effective negotiation and networking.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with the hotel's overall revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability for the hotel
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting potential clients
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase brand awareness
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities for the hotel
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Experience in creating strategic sales plans and conducting market research
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Experience working in Balzers or familiarity with the city's hospitality industry is preferred
Valid biometric passport is required for international travel

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month plus commission based on performance. This is a full-time position that may require occasional evening or weekend work.
