Machine Operator


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our production team in Multan. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications and production requirements
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running correctly and make any necessary adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal condition
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including machine downtime and maintenance logs
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
- Familiarity with different types of machinery, such as lathes, drills, presses, etc.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance
