Junior Architectural Technologist in Lahore, Pakistan


We are hiring a Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural plans and drawings. You will work closely with senior architectural technologists and architects to ensure that all projects meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of architectural plans and drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and information for project development
- Collaborate with senior architects and technologists on design concepts and revisions
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and client requirements
- Prepare presentations for clients using 3D rendering software such as SketchUp or Revit
- Attend project meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders as needed
