A small local business in Almada is seeking a part-time Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone looking for flexible working hours and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Prepare and deliver reports on a regular basis
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Must be able to work legally in Portugal

Salary:
