Office Manager - El-Ain, Philippines


We are in need of an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our company in El-Ain, Philippines. The ideal candidate should have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, procedures, and policies. You will also handle personnel matters such as hiring and training new employees and managing their schedules. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Oversee the performance of administrative staff
- Handle recruitment, training, and scheduling of employees
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and other external parties as needed
- Maintain accurate records and files for easy retrieval
- Order office supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Salary:
1100$ per month.
