Architectural Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Sheduva. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs are accurate and feasible. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for drawings
- Use CAD software to create 2D and 3D models of building designs
- Stay updated on building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software (Autodesk Revit preferred)
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
