Construction Project Manager


We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Washington. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget
- Manage and coordinate all project activities, including procurement, construction, and closeout
- Review and approve subcontractor bids, change orders, and payment requests
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment on site
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
- Experience working on large scale projects is preferred

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Washington (Indians preferred)
