Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and lead construction projects in Washington. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques, as well as excellent leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project resources effectively to stay within budget constraints
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Proven problem-solving ability
- Valid driver's license

Salary: $1000 per week (negotiable based on experience)
