Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Moscow. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and coordinate all activities related to the construction project
- Develop project schedules, budgets and ensure adherence to timelines and cost objectives
- Supervise and provide guidance to project team members including engineers, contractors, subcontractors, etc.
- Monitor progress and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, etc.
