Machine Learning Engineer


We are hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, designing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models. You will work closely with a team of data scientists, software engineers and product managers to solve challenging problems using machine learning techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, prototype and deploy machine learning models for various applications.
- Build data pipelines for cleaning, processing and analyzing large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop solutions using machine learning.
- Conduct research on new technologies and implement them into production systems.
- Optimize existing machine learning models for better performance.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java or C++.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms and statistics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred:
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
- Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Izhevsk (accommodation can be provided if needed)
