Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Izhevsk. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand business objectives and deliver solutions that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop highly accurate and efficient machine learning models and algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and opportunities for applying machine learning techniques
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines for preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment
- Perform exploratory data analysis to gain insights into datasets
- Continuously monitor model performance and make necessary improvements
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques and apply them to improve existing models

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or a similar role
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Proficiency in SQL and database management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Preferred:
- Experience working with large datasets using big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques
- Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments
